At Massage & Wellbeing, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with the utmost care, confidentiality, and respect, in line with UK data protection laws.

If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with how your personal data has been handled, stored, or processed—or how a data rights request (such as a Subject Access Request) has been managed—you have the right to lodge a formal data protection complaint.

How the Process Works

  • Step 1: Submit Your Complaint: Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible so we can fully investigate your concerns.

  • Step 2: Acknowledgement: We will formally acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

  • Step 3: Investigation & Outcome: We will investigate your concerns thoroughly and provide you with a formal update and outcome without undue delay.

Your Right to Escalate

Under the Data (Use and Access) Act, you are required to raise your data protection concerns directly with Massage & Wellbeing first to allow for an early resolution. However, if you remain unsatisfied with our final response or how the complaint was handled, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can contact them via their website at www.ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
